📦 Digital Product Policy

All items sold on https://littlereadersp.com are digital products (printable kits, e-books, flashcards, etc.) delivered instantly via email or download link.

Because these products are non-returnable, we do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered.

💡 Refund Exceptions

We may consider a refund under the following conditions:

• You accidentally purchased the same item twice
• The files are corrupted or cannot be accessed, and we’re unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours
• The product description was significantly misleading
